- Manage your KHOJO Wallet, cashback, and transaction history

4Location Data
KHOJO requests access to your device's location to show nearby stores, calculate accurate delivery times, and ensure orders are routed to the correct local vendor.
- Location access is optional but required for core marketplace features to function correctly
- You can disable location permissions anytime via your device settings
- We do not track your location in the background when the app is closed
- Approximate location may be inferred from your IP address if GPS is unavailable
5Payment & Wallet Information
KHOJO does not store your full debit/credit card numbers or UPI PIN. Payment processing for recharges, orders, and wallet top-ups is handled through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways.
- We store only tokenized references to your payment methods for faster checkout
- Your KHOJO Wallet balance, cashback, and transaction history are stored securely on our servers
- We never share your payment credentials with sellers or delivery partners
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method or KHOJO Wallet, as applicable
6Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data in the following circumstances:
- With Local Stores/Sellers: Your name, delivery address, and order details, solely to fulfill your order
- With Delivery Partners: Contact number and delivery address for order handoff
- With Payment Processors: Transaction amount and payment method to complete payments
- With Service Providers: Cloud hosting, SMS/OTP gateways, and analytics providers under confidentiality obligations
- For Legal Reasons: When required by law, court order, or government request
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you
